One Quick Question

We're just traded in Miranda's plastic sippy cups (and our nalgene bottles) for Sigg bottles. Now the question is... What's the latest on the non-stick cookware debate? What's the best (as in safest) cookware to use? Any thoughts? Anyone???

Funny you mention that...I just wrote about this yesterday on a board I frequent. Cast-iron is the best option from what people tell me. I've got Stainless Steel and I'm planning on putting the teflon in the basement very soon. I just read an article yesterday that toxins from teflon pans have been found in breastmilk...eek.

The Sigg bottles look nice, but we'd have to buy one and share it. I haven't heard anything about cookware. We have stainless steel mostly and a cast iron skillet.

We use cast iron and stainless steel. No teflon in this house! Another more affordable option to Sigg bottles is glass! I have a bottle of juice that I bought, but then I just washed it and have been using it as a water bottle.

stainless steel & good old pig iron! Being a good southern girl (and vegan) I have 2 cast iron skillets and a bevy of stainless steel bakeware that I couldn't live without.
